List the non-audit services a member may perform for an attest client, if the general requirements are met.

1. Attend board meetings as a non-voting advisor.
2. Provide advice regarding management’s plans, strategies or relationships.
3. Provide advice, research materials, and recommendations to assist decision making.
4. Interpret financial statements, forecasts and other analyses.
