Provide some key elements of Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

1. Voluntary petition.
2. Trustee is required.
3. Applies only to individuals. No partnerships or corporations.
4. 180 days credit counseling is required, like other bankruptcies.
5. Credit counseling certificate must be filed, within 15 days after petition filed.
