Situations when a buyer may revoke acceptance of goods.
- Seller gives reasonable assurance to cure; however, cure not done.
- Seller assures goods conformed, but buyer later discovers they are nonconforming.
- Nonconforming goods were difficult to detect.
- Note: revocation should be within a reasonable time after discovery.
- Revocation is effective when the seller receives the notice.
