Situations when a buyer may revoke acceptance of goods.

  1. Seller gives reasonable assurance to cure; however, cure not done.
  2. Seller assures goods conformed, but buyer later discovers they are nonconforming.
  3. Nonconforming goods were difficult to detect.
  4. Note: revocation should be within a reasonable time after discovery.
  5. Revocation is effective when the seller receives the notice.
