What items are included in ending inventory?

1. Merchandise owned on the last day of the accounting year, regardless of location.
2. Merchandise owned and located off-site, such as goods in transit, and goods on consignment.
3. Exclude goods awaiting shipment, if the customer has paid for the goods.
