Buyer’s responsibilities for rejecting non-conforming goods.

  1. Rejection should be done properly.
  2. Reject within reasonable time of delivery.
  3. Give reasons for rejection.
  4. Rejection is effective when the seller knows.
  5. Buyer is a bailee for non-conforming goods.
  6. Buyer can store, reship, or sell and collect fees.
