Provide some UCC remedies available to the seller for breach of contract.

  1. Identify goods to the contract.
  2. Withhold delivery.
  3. Cancel and or rescind the contract.
  4. Resell goods.
  5. Sue for breach of contract.
  6. Retain the buyer’s deposit.
  7. Goods in transit – stop shipment, and depends on solvency of buyer.
  8. Buyer has possession – reclaim goods, seek compensatory damages etc.
