Four elements the plaintiff (a client) must prove for a breach of contract.

1. An enforceable contract exist, oral or in writing, or explicit or implied.
2. Plaintiff complied with contract.
3. Defendant breached the contract, whether intentional or not.
4. Damages resulted from the breach.
