GAO Rules – Name the three board pre-conditions for non-audit services (NAS).

1. Audited entity should designate individual with suitable skills, knowledge, understanding or experience to oversee auditor.
2. Auditor should obtain certain assurances of what the audited entity will do.
3. Auditor should establish and document their understanding with audited entity.
