4 situations required, for a buyer not in the ordinary course of business of consumer goods, to prevail over a perfected secured party by attachment.

1. Buyer gives value to seller-debtor.
2. Buyer is unaware of a security interest.
3. Goods are acquired for personal use.
4. Goods are acquired before secured party perfects by filing.
